The hotel is only two years old so it has nice, new, clean common areas and rooms with lots of space and trendy decor. The property sits high on a hill overlooking a valley and despite being located very close to the interstate, it is very quiet and secluded. The seclusion may not last long, however, because lots of apartments are under construction nearby. Signage inside the build and out is very clear and very helpful!

Loved the lobby with everything going on! pool table, board game check out station. All the different seating areas inside and out. Loved that you offered a lift at the pool for people with disabilities even though we didn’t need it, it’s still a fabulous idea! I’ve told so many people about your hotel. We will definitely stay at other Tru hotels. You need to open one in Madison, Al by the new Trash Pandas Stadium or in Huntsville by the new Orion Amphitheater

Every employee we encountered said hello and wished us a good day or welcomed us. This was the friendliest staff we've EVER had the pleasure of interacting with. They were very helpful with anything we needed. Great employees. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Our son and his friend left their air pods in the room at checkout. We discovered this about 6 hours down the road. The staff found them and set them aside for us. We then picked them up on our way home a week later.
